2. Educational Nature

Important: Pilots Lab is a training aid and does NOT replace official flight instruction from a certified instructor or flight school. Always refer to official POH, regulations, and your instructor for real-world flight operations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features (like the AI Copilot and Live ATC Simulator) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, simulation algorithms, and educational materials are the property of Pilots Lab or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
