Understanding DC Power

In a typical 28V DC aircraft system, components are protected by Circuit Breakers (CB). When the resistance drops (e.g., short circuit) or voltage spikes, the current intensity I increases. If it exceeds the CB rating, the thermal/magnetic element "pops" the breaker to prevent wire overheating and fire.
